Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds of registration must be sent in writing to the registration office before April 20, 2020. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the APIC associations, and all refund will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations made after this date will receive no refund except in extreme circumstances and where appropriate documentary evidence is provided.
