On behalf of the Chemicals and Petrochemicals Manufacturers’ Association of India (CPMA), we are delighted to invite you to the APIC 2020, to be held in New Delhi, India from May 28 to 29 of 2020.

This is the 41st annual event which will provide an opportunity to participants to interact with peers in other major parts of Asia and the world, to gain a deeper understanding of the regional market trends, issues facing the industry at present, regulations and sustainable solutions for future growth of the petrochemical industry.

APIC is highly acclaimed and well attended international petrochemical’s event with participation of delegates from seven member countries as well as a large no of delegates from USA, China, Europe, Mid East and other Asian countries. The two day programmes of APIC evolved over the years, has also been structured to include Marketing seminars from most renowned global consultants on day one, and day two shall have the inaugural session and speeches of the Presidents of seven country Associations, followed by eight committee meetings, covering in detail individual subjects such as Environmental Issues, General Matters & Raw Materials, Polyolefins, Chemicals, Styrene, PVC, Synthetic Rubber and Synthetic Fibres.

Delhi, the capital city of India, has been the centre of power for India for more than a thousand years. Over time, it has become the cultural, historical and architectural capital of India. Delhi has seen various kings and rulers in different periods of time. No wonder, Delhi is home to various historical monuments including 3 UNESCO recognized World Heritage sites. Among the oldest historical places in Delhi are the Iron Pillar erected around the 4th century AD. Qutub Minar and Purana Quila are the key monuments constructed between the 12th and 15th century AD. During the Mughal regime, Delhi got some of its most recognized historical monuments including Jama Masjid and Lal Quila. The British era gave architectural master pieces such as President’s House, Parliament House, India Gate and Connaught Place which is Delhi’s prime shopping area even today. These monuments and buildings changed the landscape of Delhi forever. We urge all participants to take some time out to visit these places in Delhi after the APIC event. For short excursions delegates may also plan a visit to nearby tourist destinations of the Pink City of Jaipur and the magnificent World’s Wonder ‘Taj Mahal’ at Agra, which can be managed in a short 1-2 day trip from Delhi.

Once again, we express our hearty welcome to our distinguished speakers, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and partners for making APIC 2020 a grand success.

We look forward to welcome you in New Delhi in May 2020.
